Beijing and its inhabitants

Beijing translated means northern capital and is the capital of Volksrepulik China. The history of Beijing dates back more than three thousand years and today is part of the central government of China. Almost fifteen million people live in Beijing, which is approximately eleven million people registered and staying down about three million people with a temporary residence permit in Beijing.

What sights are there in Beijing?

Since Beijing's history goes back thousands of years, there's of course much to see.
